From 15 to 29 February 2020, enjoy the rich aromas of Thai cuisine at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa’s signature Restaurant, Citrique.

Tantalize your taste buds with a variety of authentic flavours from Thailand, incorporating a twist on traditional Thai dishes throughout the restaurants iconic Seafood Buffet. Designed to offer additional cuisine to indulge both in-house guests and Gold Coast food enthusiasts in a weekend of delicacies and specialty dishes, Friday and Saturday evening’s offer an advanced live cooking station presented by Marriott’s Thai Chef’s, savouring flavoursome recipes passed down through family generations.

With a combined 40 plus years of experience, Bangkok Chef’s Jitsamut Areepan and Nongnapat Lapcharoem with Nopphalkhun Suebwong from Nakhon Rachasima will be sure to bring a traditional Thai experience with dishes on offer including Thai prawn red curry, pad Thai and beef Massaman curry just to name a few.

Located on the northern end of Surfers Paradise, Marriott Resort & Spa offer complimentary undercover parking mid-week for guests dining at Citrique’s award-winning Restaurant, alternatively valet parking is available from the porte-cochère at an additional charge. Special accommodation rates will be available upon application.
